ITS has been conducting UG courses successfully for the past one decade. During this period, there has been an exponential growth in all dimensions ranging from academics, sports, industry-student interface, and cultural activities and so on.

UG course at ITS is characterized by some of the attributes which have extended the quality branding to ITS. To name a few:

A separate UG campus has been provided so as to bring out bright talents and to provide improvised facilities and exposures to its students. BCA commenced in the year 1997 at ITS. It is a three year full time undergraduate programme affiliated to CCS University, Meerut leading to degree in computer applications.

Total intake of BCA program is 300 students.

Admission Procedure

Admission to BCA courses is based on merit as desired by the affiliating University.

Eligibility Criteria

10+2 level examination or any other equivalent examination of CBSE or ICSE or any other recognized board.

Value Added Courses

In view of the growing needs of the upcoming IT sector and the changing trends in technology, ITS has enhanced the study package for the BCA students by introducing certificate courses in collaboration with reputed agencies. It is an initiative to keep the students abreast with the latest development in the IT sector and to provide them with an opportunity of great career prospects after graduation.

The alternatives available with the students are: Diploma in Enterprise application development using J2EE technologies. Diploma in .NET technologies.

The course contents of the two are: Alternative 1: Performance tuning and code optimizing using Intel V Tune UNIX essentials featuring the Solaris 10 operating system Web programming using JAVA scripts SQL programming Java programming language Data structures through C++ Advanced Java programming for Web development Project Alternative 2: Web programming using Java Scripts Performance tuning and code optimizing using Intel V Tune Designing and implementing Windows 2003 server Object Oriented Programming using C# net Developing GUI applications using VC# NET Designing databases using SQL server 2005 Developing database and Web applications using MS  NET Project

The above programme will be conducted in collaboration with NIIT. On successful completion of the courses, the students would be provided with assistance in Projects and Placements.
